These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website lenzointeriorspty.site and the engagement of services provided by Lenzo Interiors Pty Ltd (ABN 98 698 400 421, ACN 698 400 421). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to Lenzo Interiors Pty Ltd. "You", "your" refers to the user, visitor, or client engaging with our website or services. "Services" refers to interior design, styling, consultancy, and related offerings described on our website.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, servers, or systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

We reserve the right to block or terminate access to the website for any violation of these terms.

4. Services & Quotations

All quotations provided by us are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have executed a written service agreement or contract. Project timelines are estimates only and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, weather, or site conditions.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services are provided in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to certain guarantees under the ACL, including that our services will be rendered with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design concepts, layouts, graphics, logos, and digital materials — is the intellectual property of Lenzo Interiors Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

All design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, 3D renderings, material schedules, and specifications prepared for a client remain our intellectual property until full payment for the relevant service has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables for the intended project.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Progress payments are due at milestones defined in the agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the services.
• All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 (Vic) and may result in suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenzo Interiors Pty Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses.
• Loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings.
• Delays caused by third-party suppliers, contractors, or unforeseen site conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation would be prohibited by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in the relevant contract. In the absence of specific terms:

• You may cancel services by providing 14 days written notice. Cancellation fees may apply to cover work already completed and non-refundable supplier deposits.
• We may terminate the agreement immediately if you breach a material term and fail to remedy that breach within 7 days of written notice.
• Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination, plus any non-cancellable costs incurred on your behalf.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
